Carmen Beatriz Ruiz, Just Governance Group consultant, was awarded the Freedom Prize by the National Press Association of Bolivia. She is the first women to receive the prize for her defense of human rights and freedom of expression. Carmen Beatriz is recognized for her work as social communicator, journalist, columnist and women's rights defender.
